How to make sure you order the right size.

We know that it’s really disappointing when you order something online, wait excitedly for it to arrive only to find that it doesn’t fit! Here’s how to ensure you order the right size for your ring.

All our rings are sized using the standard British A-Z lettering system.

Customers are responsible for supplying the correct ring size when ordering. If you don’t know your ring size we strongly advise you to visit a reputable ring retailer to confirm your size and do bear in mind that fingers can swell due to heat, or vary in size with weight gain or loss.

The table below shows UK ring sizes and their corresponding diameter measurements, which are useful to consider when looking at rings you already own. Please be aware that using a tape measure to determine diameter cannot necessarily provide an accurate ring size.

If your ring does not fit please contact us within seven days of receipt and we’ll do what we can to help you.

PLEASE NOTE that rings may not be returnable if a customer has provided us with an incorrect size, and especially if a ring has been made to order. This is at our Maker’s discretion and customers will have to cover the cost of the return and any possible adjustment charge.
