I love bees - and we really need them. Their numbers are decreasing and so this piece reflects that worry. I also wanted to use the positive and negative spaces you get with papercuts - the bee you cut out and the space where the bee was.
The bees are mounted on entomological pins and the text contains the latin names for various different bumblebees. Please note as each is handmade they may vary very slightly from the pictures here.
Approximate size is 23cm square and you can specify a black or a white frame.
