In the winter I do get a few visitors to my studio - in this case not entirely welcome but they did inspire this piece and its companion piece, 'Squeak' !
I catch my winter visitors when I can (in humane traps of course) and pop them at the end of the garden from where they doubtless make their way back pretty rapidly to the warm studio!
This is a delightfully detailed papercut mouse, in a limited edition of 30; it's a combination of machine and hand cutting, done in lovely Fabriano cartridge paper.
It's backed with a soft grey and framed in a white 25 cm frame.
